ACCURACY OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
All material and information on the Website is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate and current as at the date of publication.
Products and colours on the website may not be exact. Images can not always perfectly capture a product as it is.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
You may place an Order by filling in your Customer Details on the Diverse Decor Web Site and clicking the "Place Order" button.
We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email.
Items may have sold out or not be available at the time of you placing your order. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
You will be notified of postage & handling cost in your Order Confirmation Email. These charges are calculated at cost price.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
Diverse Decor currently accepts Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments by telephone.
We process your credit card payment after postage & handling has been determined.
GST
Unless stated to the contrary, all fees, charges or other amounts quoted on the Website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable goods and services tax (GST).
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information that we collect from you may be disclosed to third parties, including for example, courier businesses and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives for the purpose of delivering your ordered product.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS
Delivery time takes up to 10 business days from the date your payment is processed.
The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public Holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
